Store Policy

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items—If the package is marked as delivered, the issue needs to be taken to your local post office. 
Author Nicci Harris (excluding signed books) and her team do not ship your products. They come from third party warehouses and may not be shipped together.
Return Policy: You will only receive a refund if items are damaged or printed incorrectly. It is your responsibility to order the correct size and color; exchanges and refunds will not be granted based on size issues or colour choice. If damaged or misprinted, the products will need to be sent directly to the printer within 30 days. After that refunds will be denied.
The printer requires photo evidence. Please send a photo showing the issues to nicci@authornicciharris.com. Be nice. We try our best!
